What are the Check In/Out Times?
Check in time is 2pm – an earlier check in is available on request, subject to availability. Check out time is 11am – if you would like to arrange a later check out, please contact reception before 4pm on the day before your planned departure. This is subject to availability only.
What are the best local transport links?
The closest Underground stations are Bayswater on the Circle and District lines and Queensway Station on the Central line.
Take the Circle Line to Paddington (5mins) for the Heathrow Express (20mins) or take the Circle Line to Victoria (20mins) for the Gatwick Express (30mins)
What attractions and restaurants are close by?
There is a number of desirable places to visit and sights to see. From Hyde Park, to the Porchester Centre, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, Whiteleys, Portobello Road and of course London’s world famous West End theatre district. The hotel’s immediate vicinity is home to restaurants and gastronomy from all over the world. Vancouver Hotel and Studios is in the centre of Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate, minutes from Queensway, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Portobello Road. Oxford Street and Knightsbridge with the world famous Harrods Store only 10 mins by taxi or a few stops on the Underground. The whole of London is easily accessible from here including the West End and all it’s Shows. In the immediate vicinity are numerous English Pubs, and every cuisine you can think of within walking distance. Sorry, but with exception of service animals we cannot accommodate pets.

Does the hotel have a lift?
Is there a luggage store?
We have a luggage storage room available free of charge when checking in and checking out of the hotel. Leaving luggage at other times will incur a charge of £2.00 per day.
Do you permit smoking in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel building, however smoking is allowed in the hotel garden.
Does the Hotel have a Guest Laundry?
Yes, we do, it is self service and tokens can be purchased at Reception.
Is the Reception always open?
Yes, there is a member of staff manning Reception 24 hours a day.
Do you serve Breakfast and drinks?
We provide a range of hot and cold drinks together with a selection of cakes and pastries throughout the day from our new Lounge and Coffee Bar opening in January 2019. We do not serve cooked food but we have available our breakfast bags to go, which may be consumed on or off the premises.
